1. Free Cancellation Policy

We offer FREE cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour or activity.
If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start time, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (failure to arrive on time) will be treated as last-minute cancellations, and no refund will be issued.

3. Company Cancellations

In rare cases, Arabiandesertsafari.net may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Government restrictions or events
• Vehicle or equipment issues
• Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances

If this happens, customers will have the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or
• Reschedule the tour for another available date at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
• Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• For bookings made through a third-party platform or travel agent, refunds will be handled according to that provider’s policy.

5. Modifying or Rescheduling a Booking

• You can request to reschedule or modify your booking (e.g., change of date or number of guests) at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
• All modifications are subject to availability and confirmation.
• There are no extra charges for date changes made within the allowed time frame.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or tour time.
• Failure to show up for the activity.
• Leaving the tour early or voluntarily discontinuing participation.
• Misbehavior, intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions leading to denied participation.
