2. Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows (failure to arrive on time) will be treated as last-minute cancellations, and no refund will be issued.
3. Company Cancellations
In rare cases, Arabiandesertsafari.net may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions or events
- Vehicle or equipment issues
- Safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances
If this happens, customers will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Reschedule the tour for another available date at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or tour time.
- Failure to show up for the activity.
- Leaving the tour early or voluntarily discontinuing participation.
- Misbehavior, intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions leading to denied participation.
