a. Booking Confirmation

- Reschedule the tour to another available date at no additional cost.

- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be made in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any international transaction or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer’s bank.
5. Changes and Amendments
- Any requested change to a confirmed booking (e.g., date, number of guests) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- We will accommodate changes based on availability.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet any applicable visa, identification, or entry requirements.
- You must provide accurate personal details when booking (especially for group or private tours).
- We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or denial of entry resulting from missing documents.
7. Health, Safety, and Conduct
- Guests are required to follow the safety instructions provided by guides and staff during the tour.
- Certain activities (such as dune bashing or quad biking) may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or individuals with back/heart conditions.
