1. How many people can your desert camps accommodate?
We own and operate 3 dedicated desert camps: Dream Night Tours (Large Camp) accommodates up to 800 guests, DTTS accommodates up to 600 guests, and Dream Night Heritage (Small Camp) accommodates up to 300 guests. Multi-camp combinations can also be arranged for larger groups.
2. Can I customize the event package?
Yes, all our corporate packages are fully customizable. You can personalize your event with branded stage backdrops, corporate banners, luxury VIP majlis upgrades, tailored audio/visual systems, specific team-building programs, and custom catering menus.
3. How far in advance should bookings be made?
Bookings should ideally be made 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure camp availability and smooth planning. For large-scale events (300+ guests) or custom branding/fireworks setups, we recommend 4-6 weeks in advance.
4. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Full 100% refunds are provided for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
5. Can school or college groups book private camps?
Yes, we provide tailored packages for educational and recreational outings for schools, colleges, and universities with enhanced safety supervision, certified guides, and age-appropriate cultural desert workshops.
6. What are the payment and deposit terms?
A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm and lock your booking and private camp. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event or via prior corporate bank transfer. All invoices are TRN/VAT-compliant.
7. How do your camps operate through all seasons (summer & winter)?
Our camps are built for 365-day operation. In summer (April to August), camps feature high-velocity mist cooling systems, shaded cabanas, and air-conditioned VIP domes, plus special summer group rates. In winter, we provide central bonfires, patio heaters, and starlit open-air amphitheaters.
8. Can you accommodate specific dietary requirements (Vegetarian, Jain, Vegan, Allergies)?
Yes! All our food is 100% Halal certified. We have dedicated live cooking and buffet stations for Vegetarian, Vegan, Jain, and Gluten-Free guests, prepared under strict hygiene standards.
