Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Desert Safari Cancellation Policy

For standard desert safaris (including Morning Desert Safari, Evening Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner, Red Dunes VIP Safari, Camel Ride Tours, and Quad Biking / Buggy Adventures):

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to departure: 100% Full Refund or free rescheduling to any future date.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled departure: Non-refundable due to reserved vehicle fleet allocation, safari marshals, and camp catering commitments.
• No-Show on Departure Time: If guests fail to appear at the confirmed hotel lobby or pickup address at the designated departure time, the booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may incur re-dispatch fees.

2. Private VIP Setups, Luxury Cars & Overnight Glamping

For high-tier customized experiences (including Luxury Dome Glamping, Private Romantic Setup Dinners, Hummer / G-Wagon VIP Safaris, and Corporate MICE Group Safaris):

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled start: 100% Full Refund.
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations under 24 hours: Non-refundable.

3. Attraction & Theme Park Tickets

Admission tickets for third-party attractions (including Burj Khalifa At The Top, Museum of the Future, Aquaventure Waterpark, Wild Wadi, Ferrari World, and Warner Bros World) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once issued, as venue ticketing systems operate strict non-cancellation terms.

4. Weather Conditions & Force Majeure Cancellations

Guest safety is always our paramount priority. In the rare event of severe adverse weather (heavy sandstorms, torrential rains, or government-mandated weather warnings) where desert safari or water activities cannot safely proceed:

• Guests will be offered an immediate 100% Full Refund, or
• Free rescheduling to any alternative date of the guest's choice.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed immediately by our accounts team and credited back to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or bank transfer). Depending on your card-issuing bank's international clearing timelines, funds typically reflect in your account within 7 to 14 business days.
